Kaleys Place is a 501c3 non-profit organization with the primary focus to provide rescue for cats/kitten listed on local shelter euthanasia lists. We direct our main rescue efforts to cats/kittens on the euthanasia list at local shelters across Texas but mainly in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area. We also offer rescue for Manx kittens suspected to be born with Manx Syndrome as space permits. We offer educational care to the feline community for Manx cats & kittens born with Manx Syndrome. All cats that are accepted in to the rescue are provided full vet care as needed. Full prevention care preparing them for adoption, including spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip & FeLV / FIV testing. Those that are suited for adoption spend their time in loving foster homes. Every effort will be made to see that they find happy & healthy homes where they can live out the rest of their lives.
To help reduce the euthanasia rate for local Texas shelters. We offer rescue to cats & kittens who have found themselves on the shelter urgent list. To see that they are happy, healthy and allowed to live a traditional cat life. We also provide resourceful information to the community on the care of Manx cats born with Manx syndrome. Kaleys Place will show respect and compassion to all animals.
